Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 day(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Nationwide(Non-rural): $5.99
Nationwide(rural): $9.99
Free shipping: Over $100
Local delivery
- In the North Island, we are experiencing delays of up to 2 days (in some areas) for parcel delivery.
- In the South Island, we are experiencing delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days in Dunedin, Invercargill and the West Coast.
In-store pickup
Sorry, pickup is not available.
If you purchase online before 10:30 AM, It will be dispatched on that day. You should receive it within one to two days(except holiday) after dispatched, if there are no special issues with NZ Post.
All shipments are shipped through "Overnight".
All products for sale are in stock in New Zealand.
International Shipping
- Sorry, we don't offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days(Rural - 4 days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@epartners.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship your order to P.O. Box, however, please check your parcel size by email.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
